Oh gosh y’all; I am so excited to share this guest post from Jenna, the bride, who was recently wed at The Vineyards at Betty’s Creek. It was an amazing day! It makes my Asheville wedding planner heart happy to share the joy and relive the day with her.

The dreamiest day of my life. The most perfect GROOM, dress, bridal party, flowers, venue, photographer, coordinator, officiant etc. I could have ever imagined. From our North Carolina mountain top engagement, to swooning over our dreamy venue & vendors, to styling and designing every last detail, and ending with our perfect wedding day, we have really enjoyed the ride.

Venue
During our first visit to The Vineyards at Betty’s Creek, we immediately started dreaming up our vision to be married there. With the beautiful mountain backdrop, lush greenery and vineyards, flower gardens, and one of a kind amenities such as the historic Dunkard Lodge and Betty’s Cellar Honeymoon Cottage, there was no doubt this venue was perfect for us

Style and Vibe
Our wedding style came easy with this venue, focusing on neutrals, raw greens, and mixed metals. With styled florals by Taylored Blooms; customized elements of marble throughout; mix and match mercury glass; gold beaded charger plates; clear glass dishware; and all the metals (copper, gold, silver); it was impossible not to feel the dreamy, bohemian and rustic elegance vibes on our wedding day.

Bridal Party
To keep the vibes flowing, my six bridesmaids chose from mix and match maxi dresses by LuLus and Asos. The mixture of blush, gold, peach, and nude tones kept my girls neutral and unique to their own style. For a pop of sparkle, we chose variations of metals for shoes. Completing their look with Kate Spade bauble earrings and loose boho braids by Emily Anne Hair.

The groomsmen had mix and match styling of their own. Hand selected by the groom, each groomsmen was gifted mix and match bow ties and socks by Tie Bar. Completing their look with vintage style leather suspenders and leather shoes.

Bride and Groom
I wore my dream wedding dress by Hayley Paige, the Ellie Gown, which I fell in love with at very first sight. Accessorizing with my favorite jewelry designer of course, Loren Hope, and a customized pair of wedding slippers by Shoes of Prey. Makeup by Powder Me Pretty. Hair styling by Emily Anne Hair.

My groom chose a Calvin Klein extreme slim fit suit, natural to his stylish nature. Accessorizing with mix and match bow tie and socks from Tie Bar, leather suspenders, and leather shoes.

Mingle Events
Booking Mingle Events for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made in wedding planning. Candace has been an absolute joy to work with – from her professionalism down to style and creativeness – she is a TRUE gem. After our first interaction, I felt confident and super excited about Candace making our vision come to life. On our wedding day, she did much more than execute our vision, saving several mini-disasters, all the while my groom and I had no idea because we were having THE BEST DAY of our lives. Seriously the best day. She handled every issue with stride and professionalism and made certain we were not aware of mishaps in the background so we could continue enjoying our perfect day. I knew Candace was great from the beginning, but she really stepped up for us on our wedding day to make sure everything stayed perfect for us. I really cannot say enough about how wonderful Candace is. We will forever remember how perfect our day was, and it would not have gone NEAR as smooth without her by our side.
